Email/Virus Phishing Scam
NOTICE: AIT includes our phone number in our emails and does NOT send attachments unless you request a specific file from us. Any email appearing to be from AIT that does not have our phone number SHOULD BE DELETED.
Emails that say... Dear YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS user, Your e-mail account was used to send a huge amount of unsolicited spam messages during the recent week ... OR We have temporarily suspended your email account YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. are NOT from AIT. These emails should immediately be deleted. Also ensure you do not open any attachments. These emails are generated from computers who have been infected with a virus. This virus will go through someone's address book looking for service provider contact information, such as AIT or even our resellers.
Scheduled Network Maintenance
On May 19th at approx 10PM ET, Time Warner Telecom will be conducting normal maintenance. This maintenance will affect BGP on the AIT/TWTC connection. During this time, the AIT/Level3 BGP session will be open and monitored. TWTC expects the maintenance to be completed by 4AM ET.
Domain Registration Maintenance
COM/NET
VeriSign will be performing upgrades that change the way EPP (or AuthInfo) codes are generated. During this time, you may not be able to receive a new AuthInfo code. Domains will continue to resolve and registration/renewal should not be affected.

Reserved Domain Name Update
VeriSign will update Reason Codes on domain name CHECK and CREATE commands for all .com and .net domain names as referenced in Appendix 6, Schedule of Reserved Names, of VeriSign's .com and .net Registry Agreements.
Reason Code is a field that further describes the Response Code returned on client initiated EPP Commands. Please note that this modification does not change the current Response Codes.
